From meeting his wife in a coffee shop to traveling the world to pursue his Master’s in Coffee, Science, and Economics – coffee has been an integral part of his life.
So begins Libra Coffee, a story of passion, mastery, and making a difference in the world.
Our Journey
Driven by a profound love for coffee, Eric embarked on his journey to master the art and science of the craft. He earned his Master's in Coffee, Economics, and Science through the renowned coffee enterprise Illy in Trieste, Italy in 2013.
After completing his Master’s thesis in coffee personalization, he eagerly brought forth extraordinary, ethically sourced coffee to not only Southern California but the rest of the world. He remains dedicated to uplifting those that lie at the heart of the coffee value chain–the coffee growers and their communities.
